Delivery is a flat $1.99 island-wide — and FREE for orders above $60.
Do you deliver islandwide?
Yes — we deliver island-wide across Singapore. Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same working day.
How do I track my order?
You don't have to chase us — we come to you. The moment your order ships, you'll get a WhatsApp update with a live tracking link, and another ping when it's delivered.
How do subscriptions work?
Pick your furkid's usuals on our subscription page, choose how often you want them delivered, and we handle the rest automatically — no reordering, no running out. No lock-in either.
Do I actually save money with a subscription?
Yes — every subscription item is priced below its one-off price, and the exact monthly saving is shown on each product card before you commit.
Can I pause or skip a subscription delivery?
Anytime! Just WhatsApp us at +65 8040 6965 and we'll pause, skip or adjust your next delivery — no forms, no drama.
How do you choose what to stock?
Chewbarka was started by three pet parents who couldn't find a brand they trusted. Every milk, litter, treat and supplement has to win over our own dogs and cats first — if they don't go crazy for it, you'll never see it here.
Is the milk safe for lactose-intolerant pets?
Yes — aTwoValley pet milk is lactose-free with gentle A2β-casein, made in Australia, and loved by both dogs and cats. Most adult pets lose the enzyme that digests lactose, which is exactly why we stock it.
What is tofu cat litter and why do you recommend it?
OI Cat Litter is a plant-based tofu litter with activated carbon — natural odour control, fast clumping, fragrance-free, low dust and low tracking. It's one of our most-reviewed products for a reason.
What if my pet doesn't like it?
Appetites are personal! We can't take back opened food, but WhatsApp us at +65 8040 6965 — we'll recommend a better match for your fussy furkid. And if something's actually wrong with the product, we'll replace or refund it in full.

Who is Vincent?
Vincent is one of the founders of Chewbarka — he co-founded the brand alongside Shann Lim and Melvin Cho back in 2023.

How does the subscription programme for the cat litter work?
we actually do have a subscription plan for cat litter. Your cat litter can come 1 carton once every month or once every 3 months 🙂 Let me know which one you'll be interested in 🙂
can u tell me more about A2 milk and how much?
Great question! aTwoValley Lactose-Free Pet Milk is formulated with only A2β-casein protein, which is easier to digest and better absorbed than standard lactose-free milk — so it's gentler on your pet's stomach.

How often should I give the milk? Daily or just occasionally?
Good question! Here's our recommended serving guide:
**Dogs:**
- 500g → 40ml
- 1kg (puppy) → 200ml
- Adult dog below 5kg → 80ml
- Adult dog 5–10kg → 75–130ml
- Adult dog 24–40kg → 200ml
**Cats:**
- Kittens → 50–100ml
- 5–10kg → 100–150ml
You can split the daily amount into 2-3 servings. If you let us know your pet's breed and size, we can give you a more specific recommendation!
